Mercy House in Pretoria, South Africa started as a home for women suffering domestic violence and now also provides a safe haven for victims of human trafficking. To date they have provided care for 200 trafficking victims.

Mercy International Association hosted 85 people for a celebration of the 180th anniversary of the foundation of the Sisters of Mercy. The Eucharistic liturgy was held at the former Presentation Convent Chapel at George’s Hill.
