Announcement
 The 48th Session of the Commission on the Status Women will
be held at UN Headquarters, New York from March 1- 12, 2004.
Theme of this year's meeting is
1. The Role of Men and Boys in Gender Equality
2. Women's equal participation in conflict prevention, conflict management
and conflict resolution and in post-conflict peace building
Mercy International Association (Mercy Global Concern) can offer 5
places to interested Sisters of Mercy who might
want to attend. Participants are responsible
for their own travel and accommodation.
