Advocacy Workshop – Bridging the Gap between Policy and Practice

United Nations, New York September 3 – 16, 2005

The purpose of this workshop was is to provide training for Sisters of Mercy, so that advocacy efforts can be expanded throughout the world. In total 14 Sisters of Mercy participated in the workshop. These included Sisters of Mercy from Peru , Guyana , South Africa, Kenya, Philippines from the Developing World as well as Sisters of Mercy from the USA, Newfoundland, Australia, Ireland and N. Ireland.
