Friday 24th September 2027 (Mercy Day): We will have a number of offerings from Catherine’s House on Mercy Day 2027.
We will have ritual at the front doors to mark the opening of the doors using the keys from 1827. From the front doors we will move into the chapel for a short prayer service and the conclusion of our Novena. We will then ring the house bell and move out to Catherine’s grave for a short prayer of thanksgiving for what she started 200 years ago and for all that lives on in her name today.
We will be officially launching our #Mercy200Stories exhibition and book.
In-person spaces may be limited for these events but they will be live streamed and recorded for sharing with the Mercy World.
Exact timings for all Mercy Day events will be available closer to the date. Informal queries are welcome to info@mercyinternational.ie
