Everything we know today as Mercy was born from a single gift − when William Callaghan bequeathed his estate to Catherine McAuley, our foundress in 1822, enabling Catherine to build the First House of Mercy in Baggot Street Dublin, known today as Mercy International Centre. Your gift today will help keep alive the works of Mercy.
