MIA Prayer Intention: For Justice

Grant us, Lord God, a vision of your world as your love would have it:
a world where the weak are protected, and none go hungry or poor;
a world where the riches of creation are shared, and everyone can enjoy them;
a world where different races and cultures live in harmony and mutual respect;
a world where peace is built with justice, and justice is guided by love.
Give us the inspiration and courage to build it, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

The Mercy Global Action Office, together with other NGO’s and allies, will be advocating for housing to be recognised as a human right…

“We are thinking of and praying for the people of Australia during this crisis and would like to help by educating our community about the Australian wildfires…

The Bottom Line

‘Stories can have an alchemical magic to them, take you on a deep and powerful journey and shift your perspective…. In times of such uncertainty, climate breakdown, division, and ecological devastation we need stories that can help us listen to the Earth and move beyond the human-centric worldview that’s killing us to one that respects and embraces the non-human.’
