Would you consider volunteering to assist Mercy International Centre in Dublin, Ireland?

Volunteers are invaluable in assisting Mercy International to welcome visitors and the Mercy family to Catherine’s home and offering hospitality. This also would involve working in the dining room and assisting at reception, including weekends. A room at Mercy International Centre and a small stipend are provided to cover some costs.

Mercy International welcomes volunteers throughout the year.  Currently, we are particularly seeking volunteers from August through December of 2023. For further information, please email facilities@mercyinternational.ie.

MIA Prayer Intention: Easter Grace

Mercy International celebrates and prays in the spirit of Holy Week. In a letter to de Sales White on April 19, 1841, Catherine McAuley wrote “Pray for your portion of Easter Grace ... Pray fervently and constantly. Do not give up until all is given to you.” In this spirit, we pray for the world to receive Easter Grace. Together, we pray…

May the glory and the promise
of this joyous time of year
bring peace and happiness to you
and those you hold most dear.

And may Christ, Our Risen Saviour,
always be there by your side
to bless you most abundantly
and be your loving guide.
