On Tuesday 26th August the Fellows from MELF Cohort Four made a trip to Glendalough, Co Wicklow. They say the scenery of Glendalough is most beautiful on two occasions: when the sun shines, and when the mist falls. The Fellows were lucky enough to experience the sunshine for their time there as well as a warm Mercy welcome from Sr Peggy and the team at the Hermitages.

MIA Staff Day in Cork
We had a wonderful MIA Team Day in Cork on Thursday 21 August where we visited the Nano Nagle Centre and dipped into some of our wonderful Irish religious heritage. It was lovely to see Catherine McAuley's image front and centre as part of the history of that time of formidable religious women. We made sure to conclude our time in Cork with a good cup of tea and a chat!
