Reflections on Water

A Companion Document to the SDG 6 Water and Sanitation Guide- 'Reflections on Water'.

The Commission for Justice, Peace and Integrity of Creation (JPIC) USG/UISG Secretariat in Rome has released a new booklet as a companion document to the SDG 6 Water and Sanitation Guide. Each year, the JPIC Commission focuses its activities on a particular theme. This year, [their] work centers on "Living in Right Relationship with All of Creation." This means being able to create a sense of well-being with our family, our neighbor, the community, people of other countries, other living creatures, the environment around us and the entire universe, etc. Respecting and listening to the other, being in dialogue with the other, caring for God's creatures, protecting the environment, upholding peace at all times and to practice active nonviolence at every opportunity."
