Siobhán Golden is the new Programme Coordinator at MIA!

On the 28th of June, I started my new position as Programme Coordinator at Mercy International Association. My role is to help coordinate year-round programming including retreats and workshops, and to assist in communication, facilitation and coordination of programme materials, working closely with Elizabeth MacNeal, Head of Heritage and Spirituality. 

Having recently completed a twelve month internship with Mercy Global Action and also graduated from MGA’s MELF programme, I am delighted to begin a new phase of my journey in Mercy with MIA. Elizabeth and all of the team have been so supportive and helpful in ensuring that my transition to this new role goes as smoothly as possible. I have begun working remotely from Westport, Ireland, with the hope of relocating to Dublin in August and working from Mercy International Centre on Baggot Street.  

We are planning an exciting year ahead for the Mercy World! 

I look forward to connecting with the global Mercy community and local communities in Dublin, and I am excited to welcome each of you to Baggot Street when it is safe to open our doors again!
